What Happens if You Draw Near to God? As stated in James 4:8, He will draw nigh to you.
Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.
Is Drawing Near to God and Coming to Jesus for Spiritual Nourishment the Same Thing?
Drawing near to God and coming to Jesus for spiritual nourishment are closely intertwined. When we seek spiritual nourishment in Jesus, we are ultimately drawing near to God. Jesus himself said, “I am the bread of life. Whoever comes to me will never go hungry.” In this way, coming to Jesus for spiritual nourishment is indeed the same as drawing near to God.
